Ms. Elaine was super sweet, welcoming, and made the check-in process swift. The facility was clean, restrooms were clean, there were even goodies to take home after check-out. The doctor was super awesome, personable and sincere. 

I truly felt like he was listening to me and my health complaints. Turns out I had an arthritis flare and mastitis at the same time, I had no idea that I was experiencing mastitis. Taking ibuprofen masked the symptoms of mastitis, the doctor found the mastitis. The ultrasound tech was also very professional and the ultrasound was quick. 

After receiving steroids, pain medication and fluids via IV, I felt much better. My fever was gone, my pain was better and I had an answer to what was wrong with my body that caused the unpleasant symptoms. 

I would recommend Total Point Cypress to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with the wait times at the major hospital emergency departments. I learned about Total Point from a friend and family member that referred me to the Cypress location. I knew that I needed help and something was wrong with me but I didn’t want to go to the hospital. Total Point was the right fit and was able to efficiently manage me as a patient.
