I have so many good things to say about the Cypress location. They are always clean and always take care of me and my little one whenever we come in. Even if we end up having to come back, they still treat us so well every single time.
They even do follow-up calls a couple of days later to check on us and see how we’re doing, which I really appreciate. From the front desk to the back staff, everyone is amazing. My 11-year-old would honestly rather go there when she’s sick than her actual pediatrician because she says they make her feel better and truly care.
The check-in process is always quick and easy, they’re welcoming right away, and the speed of care is incredible. The facility is always very clean, and the staff really listens. One thing my daughter still remembers is getting a teddy bear the first time she came in when she was upset about missing school because of strep and a fever—it meant so much to her.
I’ve even referred my mom there, and she says the same thing: they’re fast, caring, and they listen.
I would absolutely recommend this facility, and if there’s ever an emergency, this will always be our first stop!”
