My son injured his finger during a basketball game on Sunday, 3/15/26. At the time, the trainer told us it was just swollen and not broken, but after a couple of days it wasn’t improving and didn’t look right. We decided to bring him into Total Point in Conroe on 3/17/26, and I’m so glad we did.

The whole situation was unexpected and a bit stressful, especially not knowing if his finger was actually broken. From the moment we walked in, though, we were welcomed by an extremely friendly staff. Check-in was quick and easy, and we felt taken care of right away.

The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. We were there for about two hours total, and they even rushed his x-ray for us. The provider took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and we left fully understanding the situation and feeling at ease. Everyone we encountered was kind, compassionate, and made what could have been a stressful visit feel much more manageable. The facility was also very clean and comfortable.

It turns out his finger was actually broken—a small chip off the top of his index finger. They gave him ibuprofen for the pain and placed a splint on his finger before we left. 

We had such peace of mind knowing we made the right decision to come in, especially after initially being told it wasn’t broken.

We highly recommend Total Point Conroe to anyone needing quick, efficient, and compassionate emergency care. The staff was amazing—Dr. Joseph, nurse Carrie, radiology tech Shonna, and Maria in registration all took great care of us.
